The home that landscape artist, Charles E. Burchfield grew up in, is open to his admirers, where they can get acquainted with his childhood. A tour of the Burchfield Homestead Museum, reveals how each room in this home, and the surrounding views, were reflected in most of Charles E. Burchfield's paintings. Burchfield Homestead Society restored the dilapidated structure in 1999 and added a beautiful garden in 2000, that was originally a part of the estate.
Authentic Slovenian costumes, household items, artwork and crafts can be seen at the SNPJ Slovenian Heritage Center, which is operated by the Slovene National Benefit Society.
