Just 33 miles west of Flagstaff is one of Arizona's most famous tourist towns, Williams which was founded in 1881. Named after a famous trapper Old Bill, this city enjoys all four seasons thanks to its extreme geographical features. Located around 6,800 meters above sea level, the area is replete with thick forests, animal life, ski slopes, nature trails, winding rivers and fishing lakes. In fact, most of the way side inns, motels and restaurants cater more to tourists and less to locals. Some parts of the town are still so unchanged, you could be forgiven for thinking that you've gone back in time to the 1950's.
Urgent care, family care, women's health care, x-ray and laboratory services, free screening for cancer. Most major insurance plans accepted. Located about 70 miles south of the South Rim in Williams, Arizona.
