When the Roadhouse Grill restaurant chain went bankrupt, the displaced employees were able to pool their resources to buy the building that housed the local restaurant and open it back up as the Buffalo Roadhouse Grill. This fun, casual, family-friendly restaurant has a menu that features all-American foods. They have a large selection of burgers and sandwiches, including all-American burgers made with their signature spices, a turkey burger, and even a Buffalo Roadhouse Bison Burger, made with low-fat, low-cholesterol bison meat. Sandwiches, steak, pasta and the Buffalo Roadhouse Chicken Wing Soup, which tastes just like a Buffalo chicken wing, are also popular options.
