Witness the brilliance of God's creations with a trip to the Niagara Falls, at the border of Canada and the United States. The three main waterfalls - the American Falls, the Bridal Veil Falls and the Horseshoe Falls - all lie on the mighty River Niagara. The Horseshoe Falls is the largest among the three, with 90% of the river feeding it. It is interestingly named so because of its horseshoe - like shape that it takes. The waterfalls is a popular tourist attraction and also a major source of hydroelectricity. Straddling between Canada and USA, majority of the Horseshoe Falls lies in Canada, however, its boundaries are contested. The Niagara Parks Commission organizes tours and cruises that allow tourists to experience the grandeur of the waters.
