Raymond James Stadium is the home of the NFL's Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the University of South Florida Bull's football team, and also the venue of Super Bowl XXXV and XLIII. It holds concerts and special events too. In 2002 the stadium was rated NFL's best playing field. Every New Year's the stadium hosts the Outback Bowl.

Cigar City Brewing is one of Tampa's favorite breweries. This craft brewery regularly concocts different varieties of its regular beers, ranging from IPA's to Espresso Brown Ale. The brewery also always features a good amount of special and seasonal brews. Cigar City offers tours of its 15 barrel brewery. The tasting room features all of the brewery's own beers as well as other local craft favorites. Special events also occur here, including weekly food truck nights.
Tampa Airport is popular for its arresting architecture and Airside/Landside layout of a centralized terminal. This terminal is well connected to satellite gates by landside (people movers). This is a ground-breaking concept when it was first conceived in the 1960s. The Old Hillsborough County High School, which was also called Thomas Jefferson Junior High School, is a historic landmark. Now known as the D.W. Waters Career Center, when this building was first built, it served as the county's only high school. It is now a training center for the 11th and 12th grade students in occupational training. The building is featured on the National Register of Historic Places.

Old Tampa Free Public Library or the Exceptional Children Education Center building represents architectural design that dates back to the early 1900s. The Carnegie Corporation provided funds for the library’s construction. Listed in the U.S. National Register of Historic Places, this historical landmark was restored by the Tampa city.
