Founded in 1920s, the Sherman Theater continues to enthrall audiences with spectacular performances. This 1050-seater theater hosts variety of events and every season the aim is to present better and more entertaining plays and shows. Concerts, cabaret shows, cultural events and host of other functions are held here throughout the year. You can also hire this theater along with its galleries for private events and celebrations. An arena that stands out on the campus of Lafayette College in Easton, Allan P. Kirby Sports Center is a spacious multi-purpose facility. Built in 1973, the center has undergone renovations to make it one of the college's unique selling points. Inside the center, one finds three basketball courts, an intramural center, the Kamine Gymnasium, and even a jogging track. Established in 1983, the Williams Center for the Arts is host to the finest performers in classical and world music, jazz, dance, theater, and more. A regular season schedule includes five subscription series and special performances and programs. In addition, the Williams Center Gallery offers seven exhibitions during the academic year.
