You can swim in the Olympic-sized pool, relax in the hydrotherapy pool, or work out in the 50-meter lap pool. Try out your ice skating skills at the ice arena. Other services include a pro shop, snack bar and an indoor track. Admission fees are as follows: Children 0-10: $1.75; Youth 11-17: $2.75; Adult 18-59: $5.00; Senior 60: $3.00.

Established in 1859, Santa Fe University of Art and Design, popularly called SFUAD, started out as St. Michael's College when it first began, and later College of Santa Fe. It was in 2009 that Laureate Education Inc. purchased the 60-acre (24.28 hectares) land and created the SFUAD, that highlights the importance of arts and humanities in education. The four-year university, as of today, welcomes over 800 students every year for various programs and courses it offers. First established in 1865, this non-profit, non-affiliated, full-service hospital is now housed in a modern, five-story building complete with the latest in electronic imaging technology. Boasting the only Level III trauma center in Northern New Mexico, St. Vincent's treats over 56,000 emergency patients each year. Services include an eight-bed cardiac care unit, a 13-bed pediatric unit, a transitional care unit, and new in 1992, a complete cancer center with the only 3D treatment planner of its kind in the Southwest.

Hacienda de Guru Ram Das in Espanola is a traditional, Sikh ashram located on West Sombrillo Road, also called Ram Das Guru Place. Home to a golden-domed Gurudwara, the place of worship for people who follow Sikhism, the ashram is where people of many cultures and religions come for soul searching and peace. Hacienda de Guru Ram Das features a Langar hall, where everyone comes together for a community meal once a week. The place also hosts many cultural events throughout the year.
