Award-winning hair stylist Keiji Yasuo owns a salon as chic as any in the "big city." For the past 10 years, black marble and industrial high-tech have created a stylish atmosphere that is a pleasure in itself. Yasuo is a master stylist trained by Sassoon and oversees the work of his staff stylists. The salon also offers the services of a European-trained aesthetician offering a wide range of skin care treatments and services. Walk-ins are welcome, but for an appointment with Keiji, call four to six weeks in advance.

This gym is conveniently located on 21st South, and all you need to bring are your gym shoes and yourself. A professional staff is always on hand to help spot you and answer questions. Stair machines, treadmills and stationary bikes will fit your cardiovascular needs and the free weights and machines will develop your muscles. Aerobic and yoga classes are also offered.

Le Spa Chateaux, located at The Chateaux Deer Valley, is a luxury spa that provides weary travelers with some much needed relaxation. Their treatments and massages focus on soothing the wear and tear caused by skiing activities, but include facials, body scrubs and nail services as well. Indulge in an aromatherapy massage, or go for a leisurely river stone massage. If you want to be fully pampered, pick one of their packages, such as the Chamonix Retreat or La Bonne Vie, that includes a facial, massage and scrub.
