Right on Melbourne's doorstep, the delightful village atmosphere of Mt Baw Baw is ideal for beginner skiers and families.Along with Victoria's best beginner and intermediate slopes, there are eight black diamond runs for advanced skiers. Mt Baw Baw is also a cross-country skier's paradise, with free access to the 10 kilometers of groomed trails. Snowboarders will find runs for all standards, the jeep track providing a natural half pipe, as well as a challenging obstacle course. Accommodation varies from self contained apartments and ski club lodges to the family-style apartments.
