Green Hotel

Supports Green Practices

"Supports Green Initiatives" designates a hotel's participation in an optional environmental program that includes the use of energy-efficient lighting, guestroom towel/linen re-use, and on-premise recycling. "Supports Green Initiatives" does not represent an official certification of any kind.

Every year, our owner's organizations select a hotel as Hotel of the Year for each of our brands. The contenders for this prestigious award demonstrate excellence in guest service and operations and are among the very top-ranked Platinum Award-winning properties within each brand. Demonstrating excellence in hospitality, service and quality, the Hotel of the Year Award winners set the standards for our entire system.

»Crossings At Carnegie

Located next to the State Theater, Crossings At Carnegie is a center for performing and visual arts in Zumbrota. Occupying the former Carnegie library, this thriving art center has an interesting line up of monthly art exhibitions and concerts featuring upcoming local and national artists/ bands. Unlike what one would experience at a concert hall, watching the talented musicians perform here is a more intimate affair. In the past, artists like Richard Shindell and Claudia Schmidt have performed and interacted with audiences at this center. And just like their concerts, the center is serious about its commitment towards contemporary visual arts. Rotating exhibitions feature artworks in ceramics, pottery, sculptures, fine art and a plethora of other art forms. Visit their website for booking information and more.
