The U.S. State of Oregon is bequeathed with one of the finer churches in the form of the St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church. Its construction dates back to 1913 and the site occupies immense monumental value. The church building efficiently exemplifies the Portuguese Colonial Revival style of architecture. It is also incorporated in the National Register of Historic Places.
