The building boasts of the beautiful Greek style of architecture of the 1900's. Belonging to the Scottish Rite association and headed by various experienced Masonic dignitaries, the Scottish Rite Temple has been involved in a number of philanthropic activities since its inception. The Grand Entrance Hall and the Lodge Meeting Room of the Temple are used for private gatherings and meetings. The vast auditorium of the temple is one of the best in Kansas City, with a 3 leveled seating arrangement accommodating up to 1800 people with excellent acoustics.
