Renowned borough in Middlesex County, Connecticut, Fenwick has recorded the least population in the state as per the Census of 2000. The Fenwick Historic District spans over a land cover of 195 acres (79 hectares). The district is inclusive of around 60 buildings in its center and an exquisite golf course called as the Fenwick Golf Course. As many as 17 buildings out of the total exemplify the Shingle style of architecture while most others follow the Victorian or Queen Anne styles.
