This 18-hole golf course tries its best to bring the country that invented the game to the Midwest. The course is rustic, yet challenging and because of the winds on the prairie, some shots require dexterity to stay out of the bunker. The staff and owners are some of the best on this side of the Kansas-Missouri border and since it's a public course, the rates are much better than a private one, in fact it is one of the highest rated in the state.

Excursions last anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour; call or check website for reservations and other package options.

On the farm, children can go on pony rides, feed baby goats, fish in the pond and even learn how to milk a cow. However, the objective of this farm is to promote interactivity with not just farm animals, but also birds of prey, reptiles as well as learn about horticulture. There are also several gardens, a playground, crafts, a nature trail and horse drawn carriage rides. Admission is free Monday through Thursday, however there is a nominal 2USD charge on the weekends.

Even though this water ski park is sponsored by MasterCraft Boats, the skiers upon wakeboards aren't pulled along this 7.5 acre lake by speedboats in the traditional sense. Around the lake, visitors will find a cable and pulley system that leads riders over jumps, obstacles and other water features. When you ultimately 'wipeout' on one of the jumps, the pulleys run continuously so you can grab another set of handles on the next pass. The ramps and jumps vary in difficulty from beginner to advanced and the cables can run at a slower speed to accommodate first timers. Check website for details and prices.
