Since 1890, the St.Peter's Episcopal Church belongs to the Episcopal Diocese of Newark, and has been an integral part of the religious life and serving the community in Mount Arlington for more than a century. The church holds Sunday Service at 10am every week with music, as well as a number of social programs like dinners and picnics. The church has outreach programs and social service offered to those in need. Sunday school for the little ones is run from September to June. »Blairstown Historic District

Located in Blairstown, New Jersey, the district was added to the National Register of Historic Places in the year 2007. A major attraction is a grist mill that was originally built in the year 1825 and once served as the town’s library. Founded as Roxbury Reform Temple in 1960, Temple Shalom is a part of the Union For Reform Judaism. They moved to its present location in 1965 and is spread across four and a half acres (1.82 hectares).
