The Paradise Restaurant and Lounge is an excellent restaurant and nightclub located in the city of Nashville. The place has an amazing ambience and the DJs here spin R&B, Funk and Old School hits. This place specializes in serving American cuisine, and the Paradise Wings and New York Strip with potatoes is an absolute must try here. King Of Clubs is truly the 'King' when it comes to clubs. No one can hold ground more than the King. More like an entertainment center in one, this place accommodates two clubs, a restaurant, a VIP room for the princely, a game room, an outdoor patio and a event venue that can hold around 2000 people. Weekly themed days, fabulous DJ's and awesome events keep the crowd entertained and coming back for more.
Neely’s Bar-B-Que offers fabulous Memphis-style pulled or chopped pork barbecue in a comfortably relaxed, tavern-style, sports-bar atmosphere. Located on a small lake on the north side of Nashville, the restaurant has a great view, sloppy-good barbecue and down-home prices. The restaurant has two sister locations in Memphis and the owners, Pat and Gina Neely, have been guests on a variety of talk shows and cooking programs. They are now featured on their own show Downhome with the Neelys on the Food Network. You will find the best gyro (pronounced JEER-oh) in town at this Metro Center eatery called Kebab Gyros. But diners who don't care for ethnic food can also feast on cheeseburgers and fries, chicken sandwiches with a Greek flavor or fresh vegetable pita sandwiches. The gyros are the star here, however, served with rice pilaf and tabbouleh. With most restaurants moving closer to the tourist trade, it's nice to still have a place to go for a quick meal that really satisfies.
Mas Tacos Por Favor is a food-truck that serves exceptionally delicious Mexican food. The eye-catching truck is brightly decorated with maps, rugs and cow skulls. Their tacos are considered to be the best in town, but you might also try their fried plantains, iced horchata with coffee or the fried tilapia. The Pharmacy Burger Parlor & Beer Garden combines the feeling of an old-fashioned drug store soda shop with some pretty amazing German-American fare. The beer garden at the Pharmacy offers two levels of seating and a nostalgic longing for a trip across the pond. The atmosphere is upscale, modern casual and the service is outstanding. The cocktails at Holland House are some of the best in Nashville and make the trip to the East side of town well worth it for visitors and locals alike. Reservations are recommended for meals, but bar seating is often available during the short wait for a table. One of the best features of Holland House is their wonderful outdoor seating, which is especially nice on warm Sunday afternoons for guests enjoying the Holland House Sunday brunch.
Forget about fast food chicken sandwiches that claim to be spicy, this is the real thing. Four levels of heat are available—mild, which is frightfully spicy in its own right; medium, which will make you grimace in painful bliss; hot, which is seriously life threatening; extra hot—don't try this unless you have medical personnel nearby.
