Located in Morgantown in West Virginia, this arena is ensconced within the Evansdale campus of the West Virginia University. It was built with government aid and began operations in 1970. It is also home to the university's School of Physical Education. It accommodates 14,000 visitors and hosts gymnastic events and games like basketball and volleyball. Friendship Hill National Historic Site was the home of American politician Albert Gallatin. It is maintained by the National Park Service and overlooks the Monongahela River. The original structure of the building was constructed in the Federal style with a Flemish bond. This house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on October 15, 1966.

The National Battlefield Site in Fayette County, Pennsylvania, United States, protects the historical site of the Battle of Fort Necessity. In the summer of 1754, the battle of Fort Necessity marked the beginning of the French-Indian War. The British, French and American Indian troops battled in this war. Currently, the fort is open for tourists and it features a visitor center, Jumonville Glen and outdoor exhibits.
