The Methodist Episcopal Church of Montrose is located across Park Avenue. Also referred to as the United Methodist Church of Montrose, this historic church continues to spread the message of the Lord and strive for the betterment of its community.

The Thomas B. Townsend House is located at Montrose, Colorado. This historic house is made of bricks from a brick plant that was specially built for the construction of this house. It was incorporated in the National Registrar of Historic Places in 1980.

The First Methodist Episcopal Church of Delta located on less than one acre of land, designed at it's best in the Tudor Revival architecture is a delight to watch. This church has been constructed by tan bricks. The church stands still after it's worst experience of fire in the year 1993, in which the interiors were destroyed, but however, the church got back to normal in two years and is actively served to the congregation and stands as beautiful like before.
