The San Francisco Bay Area native's music is psychedelic-minded and ethereal in its execution, full of wispy echo and reverb-laden vocals, hazy keyboard work and laid-back grooves. Though Blackbird Blackbird is a bedroom project on record, it becomes a fleshed-out, multi-member affair in the live setting, incorporating analog synthesizers, drums and multiple vocalists, including the classically-trained opera singer, Amy Foote.
