The Porcher House is a historic mansion located in Cocoa, Florida. Built by Edward Porcher in 1916 using Classical Revival style architecture, the house boasts of ten bedrooms. The house is now owned by the City of Cocoa and is open to the public and available for weddings and special events. The site was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.
Started in 1924 as Aladin Theater, it is an integral part of the artistic and cultural heritage of the Cocoa city. Renamed as the The Historic Cocoa Village Playhouse, it also featured in the National Register of Historic Places. This theater that started out with silent movies is now a thriving arts center of the city.
