This exhibition showcases artists from the American Impressionist movement who depicted this pastime in their work. The Artist's Garden: American Impressionism and the Garden Movement exhibition features paintings, sculptures and books from such artists as Hugh Henry Breckinridge, Charles C. Curran, Cecilia Beaux, Daniel Garber, Jane Peterson and Philip Leslie Hale.

With a sound it describes as "folk-step," Alt-J is an alternative pop/rock band that weaves both electronic music and folk into one cohesive sonic tapestry. Formed in 2007 when members Joe Newman, Gus Unger-Hamilton and Thom Green were still students at Leeds University, the band cultivated an amalgam of snappy guitars, understated sampling and tight harmonies for its debut album, An Awesome Wave, which was released in 2012.
