Formed in 1995, metal band Godsmack has been a major force in bringing hard rock and metal to chart-topping success. In just a decade as a band, Godsmack managed to sell over 20 million records worldwide with just a handful of studio releases since its inception. Striking a balance between the guttural aggression of more straight-ahead metal bands and the softer side of alt-rock, Godsmack has captured a particularly wide audience.

Clifton Park, NY 12065
The story of Big Sean's break into the hip-hop world reads like every struggling rapper's dream. At just 17-years old in 2005, he ran down to the local radio station after hearing hip-hop mogul Kanye West was soon to be arriving for an interview. Determined to show off his skills and get his demo into the hands of such a high-profile artist, Big Sean tracked West down and impressed him with a freestyle demonstration that showcased his loose and casual flow. West repaid in kind by signing Big Sean to his label two years later. Now recording for legendary Def Jam records, he's slowly but surely making a name for himself.
