The Grant Cottage is a historic house located in Wilton, New York. Built in 1872 by Duncan McGregor, the Adirondack mountain style cottage was the place where President Ulysses S. Grant breathed his last and penned his memoirs. Today, the house has been turned into a museum and features artifacts and furnishing from the 1880s, as well as the bed on which President Grant died. The site is a New York State Historic Site.
