»Eastern Hills Golf Course

Eastern Hills Golf Course features 27 holes and is open to the public through the year. The well-maintained grounds are known to host both amateur and pro tournaments. The three tees are completely distinct from each other and are perfect for either a 9 hole or 18 hole game. Daily rates for adults on weekdays are USD13 and weekends USD14 for 9 hole game, the rates are USD22 on weekdays and USD24 on weekends for an 18 hole round of golf. »Al Sabo Preserve

Al Sabo Preserve incorporates a water pumping area, and was established to secure this ground-water supply of City of Kalamazoo in the '70s. The preserve covers about 741 acres (299.87 hectares) of wetlands between Kalamazoo and Texas Charter Township. The region comprises of several hiking and biking trails that are exceedingly popular with locals, especially with those interested in mountain biking, even though most of the area is closed for bike traverse. The Al Sabo Land Preserve entails a thickly-wooded area incorporating forests, hills, streams and marshes, which is how it features several panoramic views and lookouts. As such, it is also home to an impressive biodiversity, and animal species such as muskrats, foxes, coyotes, deer and lots more.

»Binder Park Golf Course

When it opened in 1963, Binder Park Golf Course was the only 18-hole golf course in all of Michigan. The park is surrounded by nature with scenic bluffs, pristine forest land with old trees, wetlands and changing land formations created due to deposits from glacial ice. It was later expanded so that it now has as many as 27 holes. The park has its own clubhouse which provides food and drinks. There are several facilities which makes the experience here smoother and more interesting including a driving range, a teaching center, a putting green, sand bunker areas, a three-hole practice area and an indoor training center.
