An intimate bistro located on Patricia street, Olive enthralls with an excellent Mediterranean-inspired menu and an extremely elegant ambiance. It is a restaurant that is always packed with locals, the French-Canadians among whom particularly enjoy the poutine here. This is one of the only restaurants you will find serving authentic Korean food in Jasper. The staff at this restaurant is helpful & eager to please. The menu may be a little hard to comprehend for someone sampling Korean food for the first time, and this is exactly why it comes with pictures of the dishes. The various sauces that go into the dishes can be tailored according to a patron's personal tastes. The dumplings, and of course, the Kimchi, are very popular.
