The celebrated First Methodist Church Greenwood is a city landmark. It is precisely located at West Washington Street of the Greenwood Region in Mississippi. The historically significant Church was constructed in 1898. They organize weekly Bible studies, fellowship and Sunday School. The church building exemplifies the Romanesque style of architecture and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.
