Bronx rapper Yonas is a rare breed in a commercial landscape that prioritizes materialism over spiritual honesty and social consciousness. Yonas claims that his education coupled with life's mistakes and hardships are the primary fuel for his success as a rapper and an individual. Disseminated largely through word-of-mouth and an online fan base, Yonas has built a grassroots following that he hopes will catapult him into a longevity as an independent artist in a market-driven music sphere.
