Martinsville Speedway is a racer's paradise. With 500 laps, it has the best post-race traffic. While the prices are nominal, the seating arrangement provides the best viewing experience from any seat. Its tracks are excellent and well maintained.
The historic Rives Theater features high quality musical, educational, and artistic programming. It is a live music venue and community space for arts and education.
The Danville Cultural Center is located in historic downtown Danville. Weddings, special events, birthdays, anniversaries, and more may be booked in the beautiful ballroom. The facility also offers board and meeting rooms for luncheons, business meetings & small gatherings.
Each February, this event features exhibitions depicting well known area African Americans and their contributions to Danville's quality of life and economic growth.
May through September, plan to spend the first Friday of each month at the Carrington Pavilion at the Crossing at the Dan. Food and beverages will be available.
Dan Daniel Memorial Park is located in Danville, Virginia, less than an hour away from Greensboro, North Carolina. The Park is home to Legion Field, the grounds where the Danville Braves minor league baseball team play their home game.
This motorsports complex consists of a 1.75 mile outdoor motocross track and a ATV TT National Track and it offers a full season of AMA Pro Motocross racing from March until November.

Macpherson Stadium is home to the USL Premier Development League's Carolina Dynamo. The team's inception was in 1993, but has only been playing at the stadium just outside of Greensboro since 2003.
