Located in Cocoa, Florida, Brevard Museum of History & Natural Science is a museum spread across 14,750 square feet (1370 square meters). It exhibits house artifacts from the region. It displays the human remains of Windover Man, said to be the oldest human remains found in the North American continent. The museum also displays a timeline of Florida. It shows how Native Americans lived in the region and how the existing state came into development. It currently houses and displays more than 3000 artifacts.

This museum serves as an educational organization, a repository of police artifacts, and a memorial to 6,000 officers from around the country who lost their lives in the line of duty. An enormous Italian marble block stands in the center of the museum. On its wall are carved the names of fallen officers, along with their rank, state, and city. A great characteristic feature is that tourists can tap the bell to hear the ring of freedom. It also showcases related memorabilia and artifacts like weapons, model airplanes and warships, clothing, a gallery of U.S. Flags, local history items, and much more.
