Located on the Twelfth Avenue in Altoona, PA, the Mishler Theatre opened in 1906 as a movie theater. The theater has been renovated many times since its establishment, the latest being in 1969, when it was renovated to avoid demolition. As of now, the theater is maintained by Blair County Arts Foundation and offers many children shows other than four annual productions that showcase local talent.
