This five story house is the former home of Henry S. Plummer, who was a member of the Mayo Clinic Staff in 1901; the house features forty nine rooms and eleven acres of landscaped grounds that include roses, a flower garden, and a water tower.

North Broadway is an arterial road that connects the North River Court neighborhood to the center of Rochester. The southern part of the road is lined with a number of hotels, cafes, bars and shops - one can observe a lot of touristy activities along its course. The road closer to the city center hosts a few street festivals/ events related to music, theater and other performing arts during the summer months. Apart from this, well-known attractions like First Presbyterian Church, Minnesota Children's Museum and Soldiers Field Veterans Memorial are located within a short walking distance from North Broadway. Dr. Paul E. Zollman Zoo is more than just a space exhibiting animals. This zoological park protects wild animals that are indigenous to Minnesota. Majority of the animals suffer from physical wounds that have hampered their movements. Adequate care is given to these creatures, while visitors can interact with them. The zoo is home to over 30 species of animals; they include White-Tailed Deer, porcupines, coyotes, bobcats, foxes and more. The zoo is part of the Oxbow Park, and has pioneered environmental education here.
